The investment objective of the Fund is to generate capital growth and income over the long term. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in fixed income securities, convertible bonds, preference shares, and other fixed income instruments issued predominantly by Chinese companies or their international subsidiaries and affiliates.
